School of Accounting, Financial Services, and Law: Graduate Teaching Assistantship

The School of Accounting, Financial Services, and Law is delighted to offer applicants a chance at a four year full time Graduate Teaching Assistantship.

Award: This PhD scholarship offers its recipients a tuition waiver at the domestic tuition rate as well as a generous living allowance of £15,249 annually. International applicants are welcome to apply but will be responsible for the tuition differences.

Requirements:

  • The applicant will be responsible for completing the PG Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education and will be mandated to undertake teaching responsibilities.
  • The applicant must have a master’s degree.
  • The applicant must submit a research proposal that focuses on Accounting or other Financial Services.

The School of Management: Graduate Teaching Assistantship

The School of Management is pleased to offer applicants a four year full time Graduate Teaching Assistantship.

Award: This PhD scholarship offers applicants a tuition waiver at the domestic tuition rate as well as an annual allowance of £15,249.

Requirements:

  • Applicants will be responsible for completing the PG Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education and will be required to undertake teaching responsibilities.
  • Applicants wishing to be considered must have a master’s degree
  • The applicant must submit a research proposal that focuses on demonstrating their research interest.

The School of Marketing, Tourism and Languages: Graduate Teaching Assistantship

The School of Marketing, Tourism, and Languages is pleased to offer applicants a four year full time Graduate Teaching Assistantship.

Award:This PhD scholarship offers applicants a tuition waiver at the domestic tuition rate as well as an annual allowance of £15,249.

Requirements:

  • Applicants will be responsible for completing the PG Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education and will be required to undertake teaching responsibilities.
  • Applicants wishing to be considered must have a master’s degree
  • The applicant must submit a research proposal that focuses on areas surrounding International Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Consumer Behavior.

The School of Computing in partnership with the Scottish Graduate School is delighted to offer applicants the opportunity for these three year full time PhD studentships. These studentships look at the role and potential social networking presents in the development of professional management skills.

Award: These PhD scholarships offer tuition waiver for domestic rates as well as an annual stipend in the amount of £13,863.

Requirements:

  • Interested applicants must hold a master’s degree.
  • The applicant must demonstrate an interest in social media, social networking, collaborations, career development, and online communities.
  • The applicant must demonstrate experience with social media.
  • The applicant must demonstrate a proficiency in the English language.

50th Anniversary Napier PhD Scholarships

The university is delighted to offer this three year full time PhD studies. The university is offering 25 PhD scholarships for a variety of different research subjects at the university

Award: These PhD scholarships will waive tuition fees and offers a generous stipend in the amount of £13,863 annually.
